That is what I did and it has worked well for me. The lack of houely pay from MGM is made up by the tips that are generated, however, the cost of living in that area is so hight even with the good toke rate you might do better taking a lower paying dealer job in an area that has a lower cost of living. Even though the tips were good, for being one of the highest producing table games departments of MGM the hourly pay from MGM is one of the worst. The tips were good for pooled tips but could have been much better if the dealer hours were managed better. By far, National Harbor is the busiest Casino I have ever worked at. I have worked Las Vegas on the strip, downtown, and Boulder Highway. MGM National Harbor was a great place to work as a table games dealer.
